Personal data

What is Personal Data?
FROM 15 November 2021 r. The provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2021 No. 99-Z “On the protection of personal data”, according to which Personal data means any information, relating to an identified individual or individual, which can be identified.

For privately owned organizations, the main questions are:: Do you need to comply with and apply the provisions of the Law in your activities?, if necessary, what to do about it? What documents are needed for this?? And what will happen, if necessary, and not do?

For ordinary citizens - consumers of goods and services, persons, working for the employer: and how my personal data will be used, to whom will they be available and will they not end up in unreliable sources??
