Это мероприятие всегда вызывают большой интерес как среди сотрудников, так и пациентов, так как оно объединяет людей, наполняя их праздничным духом. В этом году конкурс прошел на высоком уровне, и его результаты стали подтверждением того, что сплоченность, креативность и дружба побеждают в любых состязаниях. 18.10.2024 of the year. One of the most important aspects of Parental Love Week was: lecture and open discussions : about the role of parents in the lives of children and about, how these relationships can influence the development of a child’s personality. Topics discussed, such as the:
• The influence of emotional intelligence on education.
• The role of parents in shaping children’s self-esteem.
• Psychological aspects of interaction in the family.
These topics became the basis for heated discussions, during which they discussed pressing issues, that many families face. Participants shared their experiences, which created an atmosphere of support and understanding

Parents' Love Week is an important event, which is aimed at supporting the family and strengthening the relationship between parents and children. It's time, when attention is paid to emotional connections, respect and understanding, as well as various forms of interaction in the family. Creativity plays an important role in strengthening relationships. As part of the Week of Parental Love 15.10.2024 and 17.10.2024 creative workshops were held at the ICCF. These classes not only developed the creative abilities of the participants, but also helped them better understand each other through joint creativity.
This interaction created an atmosphere of cooperation and trust. Participants noted, that such activities allowed them to relax and enjoy communication with each other without the pressure of daily routine.

National Unity Day is not just a date on the calendar, but also a deep symbolism of the unity of our people. On this day we remember not only historical events, but also those, who preserved the ideals of freedom and independence. As part of the promotion “We are together!” dedicated to 120 anniversary of the Belarusian trade union movement 11.09.2024 There was a walking tour of the historical center of the city by employees of the Minsk Center for Phthisiopulmonology. The guide spoke about the people, who glorified our land with their work and merits and whose names are now immortalized in the names of streets and city objects.

Next, our friendly trade union team went to the Alivaria brewery, where I was able to plunge into the history of one of the oldest breweries in Belarus. It's surprising, that throughout the history of its existence the plant has never stopped working.

26.08.2024. An annual traditional event was held at the Minsk Clinical Center for Phthisiopulmonology - honoring young specialists!
The chief physician of the institution, Svetlana Mikhailovna Tumashik, gave a parting speech. Warm words and congratulations on the start of work were said by the Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs, Elena Nikolaevna Bulavina.
Chairman of the trade union committee Victoria Vitalievna Khotko presented valuable gifts from the primary trade union organization of the Center.
The event ended with the replenishment of the alley of young specialists with a new seedling.

21.08.2024 A dialogue platform was held with young specialists at the Minsk Clinical Center for Phthisiopulmonology.
What questions concern young professionals?, how they were received at their first job, have their housing problems been resolved?, have they received the payments due to them?, Are social guarantees implemented for young professionals?, about the importance of mentoring and its key role in the development of young professionals - these topics were discussed today with young personnel during the dialogue platform. Issues of ideological education and the value of generational connections were raised. The meeting ended with a round table tea party with a story about, how kindly and caringly the work teams greeted the young guys at their first workplace.

I would like to hope so, that the first workforce will become home to our young specialists.

10.07.2024 Deputy Head, supervising issues of ideological work, took part in the information and educational forum “Minsk - yesterday”, today, Tomorrow", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the presidency of the Republic of Belarus.
For the first time in the history of the country, the institution of the presidency was introduced into 1994 with the adoption of the first Constitution of a sovereign state. This became a key stage in the formation of a strong and sustainable executive power in Belarus. To date, thanks to the activities of President Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko, the country has managed to eliminate internal contradictions in the work of government bodies and take the path of continuous economic growth.
On the day of the 30th anniversary of the presidency, the Belarusian capital is hosting an awareness-raising forum “Minsk yesterday, today, tomorrow”. The development of the city’s economic potential was discussed at the city Palace of Culture, achievements in education, health and social support. IN 2024 year 26 April, the Center held a “Day of Remembrance of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant Accident”, during which a minute of silence was held, dedicated to the memory of people, killed as a result of radiation accidents and disasters.
Chernobyl is a tragedy and a feat at the same time. The tragedy of hundreds of thousands of people, injured as a result of the accident, impossible to put into words.
The Greatness of Selflessness, heroism in the name of the Fatherland, for centuries it has been and remains the measure of the highest morality of man.
Today it is impossible to imagine the scale of the consequences, that the Chernobyl disaster could bring, if not for the dedication and heroism of people, who took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident.....

26 april 2024 of the year “Chernobyl – memory and pain”
This year marks 38 years since the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The consequences of the disaster for our country were colossal. The state policy of Belarus is aimed at active restoration of the affected areas of the country, medical and social support of the population, conducting scientific research and ensuring radiation safety.
According to data for 2024 year, in the areas of radioactive contamination in Belarus it turned out 3678 settlements, where they lived 2,2 million people; 479 settlements ceased to exist.
Every year on this day and on the eve we remember the heroism of those, who protected from the threat and minimized the consequences of the accident.
International Day of Remembrance of the Chernobyl Disaster is intended to serve as a reminder of the dangers of nuclear accidents. Knowing everything about the Chernobyl disaster means being warned about the danger, which despite everything continues to exist. The future will surely be bright, if the younger generation lives, protecting each other and the planet.

On the territory of the Trostenets memorial complex 13 April, a cleanup day was held with the laying of flowers at the Eternal Flame with the participation of representatives of the ICCFP.
The cleanup day began with laying flowers at the monument to the victims of the Trossetets concentration camp. Participants honored the memory of the victims of the genocide with a minute of silence.

Trossetets is one of the largest sites of mass extermination of Belarusians by the Nazis, participants in the anti-fascist underground struggle and partisan movement, prisoners of the Minsk ghetto, Soviet prisoners of war and the Jewish population. In terms of the number of victims, Trostenets is in fourth place after such Nazi camps, like Auschwitz, Majdanek and Treblinka. Trostenets unites places of mass extermination of people: death camp of the same name, Shashkovka tract and Blagovshchina tract.

Employees of the Minsk Clinical Center for Phthisiopulmonology visited the Khatyn memorial complex. Six exhibition halls immerse you in the atmosphere of the Great Patriotic War. The history of mass executions and the horrors of concentration camps is revealed to visitors.. Unique photographs, testifying to the genocide of the Belarusian people, researching the tragedy of the war and creating a memorial ensemble - all this opens the wounds of the history of our people. A special place is given to heroes, who bravely fought for the liberation of our lands from the invaders. Visiting such memorials reminds us of terrible pages of history., obliging us to cherish memory and strive for peace and harmony in our time. The trip took place 27.03.2024.

15.09.2023 The health care institution "Minsk Clinical Center for Phthisiopulmonology" celebrated its 70th anniversary.

Ceremonial event, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Center took place at the MAZ cultural center. Veterans of the Center were present at the anniversary celebration, employees, representatives of the departments of BSMU and BelMAPO, state institutions Republican Scientific and Practical Center for PiF and Republican Scientific and Practical Center for MT, Belarusian Red Cross, healthcare institutions of the Zavodsky district.

The center was congratulated and employees were presented with awards - Deputy Head of the Administration of the Zavodsky District Zelenko E.P., Deputy Chairman of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee Tikhonov D.Yu. and head of the specialized medical care department M.V. Kuzmenok., chief specialist of MGO BPRZ Buturlya O.V..

The celebration ended with a concert, at which Belarusian pop artists congratulated the staff of the Center and delighted those present with their creativity.

Monthly salary supplement - additional current income!

2. receive additional income monthly salary supplement at the rate of, defined by the employer, but not less than the amount of contributions to the teaching staff, payable to the budget of the fund for such an employee.

• the choice by the employee of the additional payment is carried out by submitting a written application to the employer;
• payment of additional payment is made by the employer until the employee reaches the generally established retirement age (at the same time, the employer is exempted from paying contributions to occupational pension insurance for such an employee);

• in order to increase the material security of the employee in old age, part of the funds received in the form of additional payments to wages can be directed them to participate in a new type of insurance - voluntary insurance of supplementary funded pension (introduced since 1 october 2022 of the year)[3].

Who is eligible for a monthly salary supplement:
workers:

• employed in special working conditions and certain types of professional activities;
• subject to professional pension insurance and for which the employer pays contributions to professional pension insurance;
• whose special experience (to 01.01.2009) is less than half of the required length of service for the appointment of early pension or is absent.

How to get a monthly supplement:
apply to your employer.
The amount of the monthly supplement:
determined by the employer, but cannot be less than the amount of contributions to the employee's occupational pension insurance, payable to the fund's budget.
Monthly payment period:
until the insured person reaches the generally established retirement age.

At any time before reaching the generally established retirement age, you can waive the supplement and return to the payment of contributions to occupational pension insurance, by expressing such a desire in a new written statement to the employer.

This day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in September 2015 of the year. The date was not chosen by chance: in 1948 year 9 December 1999, the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide was adopted. Resolution 1948 became the first human rights treaty, adopted by the General Assembly. All 193 Member State, accepted this convention unanimously, confirmed, that each country is individually responsible for protecting its population from genocide, also prevents such a crime, including incitement to it. Purpose of the day – raise awareness of the convention and honor the memory of the people, victims of genocide.
