C 1 July, the share of bonuses in the structure of wages of state employees increases

In accordance with By the decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 22 December 2020 No. 482 with 1 July of this year, the approaches to awarding bonuses to employees of budgetary organizations are changing.

Namely, the amount of resources for bonuses will be formed and directed in the amount of 20 percent of the amount of salaries of employees of budgetary organizations (earlier - 5 percent),

Attention! Accepted change not aimed at increasing the salaries of state employees.

The increase in the premium will occur exclusively within the budget allocated for the current year for wages. That is, there will be a redistribution between its elements due to size adjustments other separate incentive payments.
An important innovation
is also the, that the bonuses will be directed and unused funds, foreseen for wages.
Important! Reallocation of funds between incentive payments with the same duration of working hours and tension will not lead to a decrease in the level of wages of employees, established before 1 july 2021 r.

These measures will allow increase the share of bonuses in the amount of incentive payments to employees of budgetary organizations and thereby motivate an employee for the conscientious performance of his job duties.

Wherein, as before 1 july 2021 g., The decree only regulates the amount of funds, directed to bonuses to employees of the organization (20 percent of the salary of employees). The specific amount of the employee's bonus is determined in accordance with the regulation, approved by the head of a budgetary organization.

Recall! This Decree provides for one more norm. it increase from 1 january 2022 year of the size of a lump sum payment for recovery, which, usually, paid for vacation, with 0,5 up to one salary employee.
